The Little Gods is a dark high-fantasy webnovel series taking place in the realm Rejiseä. The first story, Album Zero, the Monkey, is the first in a tetralogy of "concept albums" that take the form of novels. Heavily inspired by the metalhead and rivethead music subcultures, this musical influence stretches into the naming of the books, as they are seen as music albums with tracks as chapters.

Created in 2020 from a Bleach fanfiction, and in late 2025 as it is today, The Little Gods intends to have a unique mix of manga-inspired action, original music-inspired cultures, deep mythopoeic worldbuilding, morally challenging characters, and an overarching plot that surpasses what the characters—and You—initially perceive. 

The series surrounds the Monkey, the Raven, the Snake, and the Owl who discover the true history of, tell the truth of, and change the state of their broken, feudal world—whether they want to or not.
